Um. So. Something pushed my angst button AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT. So here, have an extremely angsty, poorly written fic thing! Yay!

So, as my dad was using the computer tonight, I plopped down and started doodling. Since Gil was nice enough to turn Tess' Claymore uniform into swiss cheese, Sabrina pinged her up a new wardrobe.

I did a little mucking around, and came up with a simple outfit that I think will become her favorite out of what Sabrina gave her. Everything else will be small variations thereof.

EDITED WITH MORE BETTERER ARTWORK AND CRAYONS. The other picture was bugging the hell out of me.

Okay, useless babbling done, I think it's time for bed.

-Is there anything YOU DO NOT WANT MENTIONED near this character?: I have no canonmates, so really there's nothing to worry about.

-Is there anything you need us to KNOW about interacting with this character? Special physical features, fighting abilities, STUFF: As a Claymore, Tess has silver eyes. She also carries a huge sword on he back.

As for her powers... I'm going to copypasta this from this essay: In canon, Claymores are numbered - the single digits being the most powerful. Teresa was number one of her generation. Yes, out of all the kickass, giant sword-wielding chicks in her world, she was the best. She has so much power that she took out several of her comrades - including Claymores numbered 2-5 - without having to release any of her Yoma power. So, I'm sorry, I don't care how good you are with a sword - if you're fighting her and surviving, it's because she's letting you live. (There are, of course, exceptions to this. Papillon being one. Not only is he powerful, but he can only be hurt by alchemy. Alex is another, since lol demon overlord. Powerful though she is, Teresa's sword is still just a sword.)

If a situation does ever arise when Tess needs to use her Yoma power - which she almost did with Victor!Pappi, if not for the fact that he was sucking her dry - it would have to be a desperate one. Even if it's just enough to get her eyes to change color (like this) it gives her such a boost in strength and agility that she's almost impossible to beat. In canon, we never see her release more power than that, and I'm almost scared to think of what she'd be capable of.

AND JUST FOR A VISUAL: Teresa can fight somethig like this and rip its arm off with her bare hand. So yeah, she's not going to go down easy.

-ANYTHING ELSE PLEASE MENTION HERE: She can also use her Yoma power to heal quickly, and reattach severed limbs and the like.

So, there was a download for the Claymore databooks in the Claymore comm. Looking at Teresa's pages, I have only one thing to say:

WHY CAN'T I READ JAPANESE.

It's not relevant to the main plot of Claymore in any way, so lol no spoilers.

Poking through a couple other peoples' journals (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE... at least I would hope you do), I was struck by the urge to essay about Tess. She's easily the most complex character I play.

Be warned, this essay may just turn into pointless babble.
